Self defence course
We are doing a self defense course for girls and young women this spring. The course will be held from 0800 until 1145.
Dates: Sa, 29.4., Sa, 3.5., Sa, 10.5., Sa, 17.5., Sa 24.5.
Costs: CHF 120 or CHF 100 if several girls / young women from the same family take part
